Are We Overreacting?

Yes we are. We need to stop whinging, pick ourselves up and fight Again next season. There is so much to look forward to. Champions league, everyone crying about how much we spend on players. Unstoppable we will be

Not overreacting one bit.
Mancini putting the blame on Ballotelli but who picked him, who was the only person who couldnt see he was a red card waiting to happen.

Not over reacting due to this sequence of away results, 1/2 the seasons away games in a row:

WBA 0-0
Sunderland 0-1
Wigan 1-0
Everton 0-1
Villa 1-0
Swansea 0-1
Stoke 1-1
Arsenal 0-1

8 points out of 24. 3 goals in 8 games, 2 from set pieces and 1 from a deflection. This is not a blip in form. This is a very worrying trend.
How a team with as many great footballers ie Aguero, Silva, Toure, Nasri and established internationals are so clueless up front away from home and no improvement can be seen coming.

Next 2 away, Norwich and Wolves who are on a dreadfull run and Utd beat 5-0. How many of you think we will actually win at Wolves? I dont.

Agree with other posters also, Kompany, Lescott, Hart all looked pissed off leaving the pitch, others like Clichy laughing.

As they always say, "Rome wasn't built in a day" and it isn't a worrying trend.

The title is probably gone and some players will go in the summer and others will probably arrive.

Of course players look pissed off when their ambitions are damaged.

-- Sun Apr 08, 2012 8:44 pm --

It takes a while to build a dynasty and its obvious to me that City will be more streetwise next season.

Yes, absolutely.

Obviously very disappointing, and from the moment United got yet another fortunate late win at Norwich we've bottled it. Everyone walking round saying ffs, these bastards aren't going to drop any points at all. They did the same again away at Spuds and no doubt our players were all thinking the same. That sort of pressure - every week knowing that you simply cannot possibly afford to slip up - when you've not been in that position before is hard to take. Next year we'll be stronger for the experience. And the year after even stronger. It takes time and eventually we'll do it.

Still pissed off with Balotelli - and maybe it's right to get rid. He certainly needs help from somewhere. Don't blame him, or anyone particularly for the whole thing though, that's just silly.

The 2nd half of the season has been pretty pathetic, with the exception of a few home games...and maybe the win in Porto.

Game after game of the same slow, lethargic play, with no clue on how to change it.
