I did . We are feckin useless at saving or scoring pens.I didn't.
yeah but who is arsed? It's an official trophy, not a friendly. Arsenal were right to celebrate it. Poor by City to not hold off Arsenal attacks in last minutes. When it went to penalties it was obvious Arsenal is going to win it.
Must try harder… :-)Arsenal are so much better than us in every department. You would be after spending another £200m plus. Big favourites for me to lift the league. I hope they don’t erm wobble under pressure….
We are far better than them. Not saying they won't be a challenger but once we start purring it will take one hell of a team to finish above us.Annoying to lose it in such fashion, a jammy deflection then penalties. 101st minute goals just seem a bit stupid really, but I have been annoyed at the silly levels of time wasting and ball being out of play last season.
Overall am happy with our performance. Kovacic slots in nicely, Palmer looks ready to make this is break through season, Kevin looks determined. Plus we still have The Iron Beard to come in.
Luckily the season is determined over 38 games, I didn't think arsenal actually troubled us that much until late on and I can see them picking up a few draws. I still think we're better and have more ways of winning, and this will show over the next few months.
usual generic wuming/negative post from youArsenal are so much better than us in every department. You would be after spending another £200m plus. Big favourites for me to lift the league.
And they’re only there because they come 2nd, didn’t even win anything. The other 19 teams should’ve been drawn out of a hat. What’s the difference in finishing 2nd and 13th? They’ve both won fuck all.yeah but who is arsed?
I don't know anyone
Pep probably told ours to miss a few so we would lose again, just to make it that much more likely we win the league. ;-)
Should have been West Ham, at least they won something last season. And they’re only there because they come 2nd, didn’t even win anything. The other 19 teams should’ve been drawn out of a hat. What’s the difference in finishing 2nd and 13th? They’ve both won fuck all.
We should have been automatically awarded the game because we won the domestic double! And they’re only there because they come 2nd, didn’t even win anything. The other 19 teams should’ve been drawn out of a hat. What’s the difference in finishing 2nd and 13th? They’ve both won fuck all.

Very few on here are happy when we lose (though, watching the match threads, I do wonder at times). There are different levels of "guttedness". I was disappointed that we lost today. I was gutted, though, when we lost that CL final, when we shit the bed in Madrid in the sf season before last, when we lost to Wigan at Wembley, any time we lose to the rags. I'm pretty much over this afternoon at this stage now. That loss to Chelsea in Portugal took a long time to get used to. A LONG time.Fucking right I am, I hate it when we get beat
100% I'd go as far as saying that draw against everton felt worse!Very few on here are happy when we lose (though, watching the match threads, I do wonder at times). This match meant nothing to me, zero. It means nothing like any other pre season friendly match. It would've been nice to win 5 nil of course but we haven't reached full fitness yet due to all the travelling to far flung countries for nothing but PR reasons.Very few on here are happy when we lose (though, watching the match threads, I do wonder at times).
