You’re not alone in liking that tactic, it gave us an out ball when Arteta was trying to play Pep-ball better than Pep (arrogant t***) I thought Haaland caused chaos last night & some of our players learnt the value in keeping it simple, nothing wrong in playing a long ball into the channels, it got us up the pitch & gave us time to reshape, gives me hope in the CL where you need that kind of performance every now & again (Madrid last year) and going to Spurs etc
