Arsenal Away - It's too Expensive!

Southampton fans should have boycotted us the prices we charged them. Fcking scandalous.

One day hopefully football fans will say enough is enough and stop going.only then will clubs take note and do something about it.

I don't know how people afford 19 aways a season on top of season ticket and then champs league, Fa cup and cc.

You could easily spend £4000 a year following your club. More if you go to European aways.

I have already spent £700 on ST, £300 ish on travel and booze/food etc £115 on CL, £150 on west ham away with travel and one night away and £200 on a meaningless game in Germany.

That is almost £1500 so far. It's becoming an expensive hobby!
 
Plenty of us boycotted the Madrid game, but there will always be somebody willing to pay the price so the boycott doesn't work unfortunately
 
If football fans had any balls and dignity then this game would be boycotted. Instead people will still go and then moan about it.

It's simple, if you don't go to the game then they won't charge these prices in the future.
 
what's the score about pricing policy?
can we charge them that next time their at the Etihad?

someone needs to make a stand, who gives a fuck what some little rag glory hunting fucker thinks. an empty away end for a big game will show them.

Spot on! Would be great if we took a stand. It only takes one club to start it and the rest will follow. Why don't we lead? It's not like you won't see the game, it's on TV.
 
I wonder when the first "Normal" seat reaches £100? Not counting hospitality of course.

For £62 or thereabouts you can have hospitality at a lower league club for two people, including car park space, meal for two, programme and team sheet and seats in the centre stand.

Now would you rather go to the expense of getting to Arsenal and sitting in the cheapest seats, or go to Bury or Rochdale or Oldham and pay the same price for two of you and have an enjoyable day out, as well as helping out one of our local clubs? (I accept the standard of football isn't as good)
 
Yes arsenal are right to push for financial fair play and a salary cap. Maybe they will push for a cap on ticket prices. Like fuckin hell they will. A large banner showing arsenals greed and hypocrisy would be good
