It's true isn't it.

Cockney's are mouthy F*****s. Giving it the f***ing big one for 90 minutes.

Talk about a deluded set of supporters. Up there with Newcastle, Spurs, Everton, etc.

They have the cheek to sing songs about City and history(not that old chestnut again), yet they haven't won a trophy for 7 years.

They have the cheek to make up songs about our money, yet their Billionaire owner along with Wenger won't spend a penny unless they have to sell a player first.

I won't even go into the ususal "where were you when you were s*** chant.

Anyway, it's was nice to see/know how much it really meant to them when Arsenal scored. Anyone would have thought Arsenal had just taken the league titile off the Champions. ;-)

There is nothing wrong with our away support. If you had a go at our home support you'd have a point, but our away boys are good.

Would you prefer 800 fans from Wigan or Fulham, or maybe a half full away enclosure of new Chelski fans?

Everton and Newcastle are good in my experience. So are Spurs, the red scousers,West Ham, your mates from Salford and yourselves. Bit of banter and piss taking never killed anyone.

I never criticized your numbers.

It's that arrogant and righteous manner that comes across.

Like Arsenal fans can really question our support and our history. (go on then)

F*** me, Arsenal haven't won a trophy for 7 years. Let's talk about the last 7 years of your history.

Then we get the jibes about money.

Wait a minute, remind us again what Arsenal fans were singing at the Emirates a few season ago.

"Spend some f***ing money!"

Unfortunately Arsenal (and Totternham fans) display that well known London arrogance and the big I am attitude far too often. That's what I don't like.

As for banter. Yes there was some decent banter at times without the..... you come to expect from Arsenal fans.

I think its the other way round. Northerners are arrogant towards southern fans. There is some justification for it because football in this country has usually been northern dominated. The north has 10-15 big traditional clubs ( 2x Manc, 2x Scouse, Newcastle,Leeds,Villa). We only have 2 in the South .

Arsenal were the first to challenge the north in the 20s and 30s and Spurs got there in the 50s. Arsenal and Spurs are the only clubs that can historically compete with the north. Thats why you all see us as mouthy cunts.

Their dislike for City is almost childlike. I have the displeasure of living in an area where the two local clubs are Southend and Colchester yet a vast number support Arsenal rather thasn their local club.

When they rant the usual rubbish about City, money, runining football, I highlight their clubs own role in the formation of the Premier league, threatening to form a super league if they didnt get a dispropertionate amount of TV revenue, and also highlight they are happy to cherry pick clubs such as Southamptons best players.

I think the REAL thing that irritates them is that some of us tend to think of Arsenal as being just our 'feeder club' ..... that MUST bug them no end ..... they like to think of themselves as being a 'big club'.

There is no real dislike for City. Spurs are our rivals and United and Chelski both get a lot more stick than you do. You just get more than you did because of your changed circumstances.

About the Southend and Colchester thing, do the majority of people in Bury or Stockport follow their local team? No, they are mostly United or City.

Yes, the feeder club thing is irritating. Are you surprised?

Its also true City and Chelski get more stick off Gooners than they do off other clubs. Not sure how that is surprising when we (and arguably Liverpool ) have been the biggest losers following the arrival of Abramovich and Mansour. Its not an issue for United. They had the financial muscle to hang in there. Its not an issue for the other clubs either as they have remained were they were. We on the other hand got knocked down two pegs by Roman and the Sheikh. Would anyone else not be pissed off?

Big club? I suppose everyone has their own definition of what that means. I've never understood how supporting a big club makes you a better person, but for what its worth yes, Arsenal are a big club. Not sure how anyone could argue against that.

No offence pal but comparing Southend, Colchester to Stockport and Bury is just ridiculous. Stockport and Bury are both within 6 miles of the centre of Manchester where as Southend and Colchester are over forty miles away. Furtermore many people in Stockport or Bury have migrated to those areas from Manchester with support following family lines are being introduced to City through friends etc.

No doubt Arsenal are a big club and a great club at that. Thats why I find it so sad to see the vitriol and small minded bitterness of many of your fans.

Many times I have left Highbury after a drubbing and always enjoyed talking to Arsenal fans who I have always found a fair and knowledgeable bunch.

Therefore as things have swung around its depressing to see the bitterness of your fans. And if as you say that we arent considered one of your rivals in comparison to Chelsea, United, Spurs that makes your attitude even more depressing.

The two consecutive seasons we lost 4-0 and 5-1 we took our medicine applauded your team of the pitch, and personally I appreciated watching such a fantastic team. Similarly when you were paying 7.5 million for Bergkamp and we were having to sell Garry flitcroft to Blackburn, whilst in the middle of a relegation fight, because we were skint I never resented your wealth. Its football its cyclical. Anyway you got a point...congratulations your team played well.

Arsenal fans or the "jealous ones" as I like to call them , we're embarrassing in the way they celebrated a draw today ! Wtf you would of thought they won the league ! They're so jealous of us it's ridiculous ! Aside from the fans though they have a very good side if they can keep all the players fit , they won't challenge us for the title though due to lack of bottle and consistency. They'll go and play well against us but then draw at home to Norwich for example .

We rubbed along with Arsenal for years, like so many other clubs when we offered no threat. Spurs had always been our real London enemy and Arsenal were a mere afterthought at most. After the Adebayor thing and Van Persie's infamous press release, it all went a bit pear-shaped and has never recovered. Personally, I couldn't care less, but it has to be said that, for all their protests about class (they seem to come out with this every time they sell someone who makes even the most innocuous comment about progressing their career) most of the flak has been fired in a northerly direction rather than a southerly one. Funny how they - like all the other shysters who were involved - conveniently overlook the shameful G14/G18 cartel, of which they were so much part and parcel that David Dein was the president of this unfortunate, indelible stain on football and the concept of sport in general.

For years Arsenal brought few numbers to our place and were as quiet as the proverbial lamb. Well, who'd want to travel 200 miles to see Graham Rix passing back to his keeper every five minutes, even from the opposition's half? Or the donkey Tony Adams waving his arm around every time the opposing team crossed the halfway line? For those not only enough to remember, Arsenal were very, very boring.

Now they've got a bigger stadium and more fans and so their away following has increased, but in the '80s when we were in the old Second Division we'd often get as many if not more than they got in the top flight and they had arguably the cheapest ground to pay into.

Most of the rib-ticklers their fans their admittedly loud fans unleashed today were incomprehensible to me or anyone else siting near me for that matter. But for all the online claims made from some of those in there, I'm afraid the South Stand - as so often happens - couldn't be heard until we scored. This isn't Anfield, you know!

Remember Chelsea away last year...As I said Karma will come back to the bitterest fans in football IMO

the south stand might aswell not be there. lets get singing again

Perhaps Arsenal fans should chant.

"We've got the most expensive seats!"

Obviously kroenke & Co aren't that arsed about driving genuine Arsenal fans away as long as the stadium is full off middle class Lovies.

Yet their Manager and fans have the nerve to criticize Mansour and his investment in City.
