I popped out for a takeaway at halftime and stuck Talkshite on in the car. Stuart Pearce felt ref had been very kind to Arsenal and Holding was lucky to be still on the pitch.

This game would have been a lot easier properly refereed. Nothing new there !

One thing that shouldnt be overlooked is the way we controlled the game for the last 15 minutes , we rarely gave them a sight of goal and we shut them down brilliantly , we showed determination and the experience needed to win big games.

Tevez Džeko and Balotelli, Džeko Negredo and Jovetic, Otamendi Stones and Laporte?

Even with Jesus Sterling and Jesus we were the league’s top scorers and outscored some previous City teams even with Agüero and depth.

Sergio was hardly injured when we had Tevez Dzeko and Balotelli

Negredo only played half a season before he was crocked
Jovetic was more injured than fucking Rodwell

and didn’t we buy Laporte because of injury problems to Kompany?
plus Stones was always getting injured even then. Remember the Leicester game where Kompany got away with a yellow in the first few minutes! 10 minutes later,Stones pulled up injured
