On ticket site, saying restricted sale. Must have bought 5 tickets since 2022/23 season.

WTF?

We have two season tickets, trying to buy another but the system says too many allocated to the person I'm trying to buy for, even tho they don't have one yet? It's about as clear as mud. Why can't things like this just work??
