I don't think that's fair to call them bottlers. They simply lost most of their best players and had no one to replace them. No Ozil, Walcott, Ramsay and Wilshere. Just loook at the team they put out today I would say the Everton team put out was better. Now the blame goes to Wenger if he had the money and chose not to spend it, but I am not sure that's the case. That being said Wenger has been poor tactically and not rested injury prone players.
