That’s what I meant, when I said, "physical".Not just fatigue a shit ton of injuries and players having to play when not fit.
Exactly I wasn’t scared of the dippers with klopp just enjoyed the ride so certainly not scared of theseOooooooo scary!
I’m not scared of these set of fannies one bit, and nor should you.
The dippers under Klopp were a brilliant football team probably the 2nd best to ever play in the premier league. This Arsenal team are complete and utter trash in comparison.Exactly I wasn’t scared of the dippers with klopp just enjoyed the ride so certainly not scared of these
I think the more egregious part of that situation, is that Gabriel jumps up and "headers" Martinez' right arm, so that he can't catch it. Still don't feel it's enough though, but not seen anyone highlight that part.
If attackers are allowed to do this to keepers, keepers should be able to do the same to attackers without punishment.I think the more egregious part of that situation, is that Gabriel jumps up and "headers" Martinez' right arm, so that he can't catch it. I wouldn’t take him either but he has villa punching above their weight. Their problem is depth. Last night they had a couple out through suspension then lost Onana. They cant cover losing 3 starters.Have to laugh at some on here wanting Emery after Pep, never ever cut it at the top.
I saw a situation in Serie A where a keeper straight-up punched a player in the face after the attacker headed it towards goal, and nothing given. Think goalkeepers already get away with a lot of things. If attackers are allowed to do this to keepers, keepers should be able to do the same to attackers without punishment.
Let’s see how many attackers will keep doing it after being wiped out a few times.
They certainly used to. Now if they miss punching the ball by millimetres and connect with an attacker, it’s a penalty.I saw a situation in Serie A where a keeper straight-up punched a player in the face after the attacker headed it towards goal, and nothing given. Just to add, this situation in Serie A was less than a week ago. They certainly used to. Now if they miss punching the ball by millimetres and connect with an attacker, it’s a penalty.
We all want to see as many goals as possible, but incapacitating the keeper doesn’t seem like a good look for the game.
He tried to shithouse for a foul rather than attempt to clear the ball properly.Nah hes a big boy and experienced keeper, Martinez has got to be dealing with that. He let Villa down, arsenal were worrying before he gifted them that at a really bad time straight after half time
There’s a fucking shock!![]()
