I thought Demi had another solid peformance

Couldn't agree more!! Best game he's had and with Vinnie on a yellow he was winning the challenges all afternoon.

Most people think we're going to lose at Anfield, but imagine if we beat Southampton next week and then turn the scousers over at their ground? We've missed a big chance today but win the next 2 and the title will be ours.

With Chelsea losing today, we can now afford a draw at anfield. Lose there and it will be very difficult for us. Mind you I dont think Pelle has it in him to play for a draw. You can bet there will be more twists and turns yet, but that game is looking like a title decider.
looking at it upside down

liverpool HAVE to win against us

Professional performance imo. Looked solid apart from 1 or 2 close moments.

Anyone who can't see that taking 4 points from Old Trafford and The Emirates is an excellent return especially at this stage of the season is in all fairness a loon of huge proportions.

Added to this excellent week, Chelsea also took 0 points away from their game.

A fucking top week.

Does anyone know what the crack is re Kompany's yellow card today - does it put him close to a ban?
If he gets one more, suspension.

Oh, fuck the Red Dippers. They pretty much HAVE to beat us at Anfailed to have a chance. And with (hopefully) Aguero back that will be a big ask for them.

I think this will appear in retrospect as the weekend where the title was won. Huge point away in a fixture we have won exactly once in 39 years. And Maureen gets done by Pulis and his beautiful tracksuit.

Spuds were, are, and will always be good for precisely fuck-all. But who knows, maybe they'll take some points off of Brenda tomorrow. And if they do, we could even lose at Anfailed and still control our own destiny. I'd have snatched your hand off if you'd have told me we'd be in this spot the night after that Sunderland disaster. We were on pace for something like 59 points at that time!

There is a lot more pressure on Liverpool because after all they have to win all of their games to have any chance.

Ill take a point but not the best performance. Seemed slow and tired. I know a draw is a decent result and still think we'll win the league but a win today would have set us up to afford a wobble at Anfield or wherever. I was pumped after the Chelsea result and now back to earth. This'll do though especially if spurs can draw or win.

Exactly. Of course they're not going to do it, but what if Spuds beat them tomorrow? They're pretty well done. We could have this race completely by the balls as of this time tomorrow. Now C'mon Ade! Pretend Sherwood has already been fired and there's a new manager onboard for you to impress!

This is where I'm at. My left-brain understands it's a point well earned, in a very inhospitable venue, on a day when the league leaders dropped points to relegation candidates. My heart felt like it was a missed opportunity, but what can you do. Football.

Kompany's yellow was ridiculous, what was he expected to do?

Why the f**k do we pick up so many bookings yet still seem to get booted off the park?! You could tell Silva had had enough..

Also looked like Rosicky should have been sent off.

Well, it's a case of the half full or half empty bottle.
I fear tomorrow we'll see the dippers towering the league with 4 points on us and their goal difference closing the gap on ours.
Had we won today, we could have afford to loose some points at Anfield.
We just made that game against Pool the season-defining one.
The hole team is to blame, begining with Yaya, Nasri and Dzeko : lack of urgency, precision and passion.

Why would you think we should lose at Klanfied????
So dont you think we are better than Liverpool???
Remind me of the score last time we met...
Fuck me did you not see the passion at the Swamp...Seems some people are losing sight of things on here....
DID WE LOSE TODAY?????

I will tell you what we lost today : the opportunity to have the luxury to make a future mistake ( slip points at Anfield and Gd Park for example).

So smaller pitch against a team we beat on a bigger pitch 3-1 with hopefully the return of Aguero, the most potent striker in world football? Believe me we lost nothing today. Gd Park don't make me laugh...You mention Klanfield and Goodison.. what about Southampton? A much tougher game at home than the two if you ask me..
