Listening to Wenger's press conference he is setting this up as Arsenal's cup final in the league, that's what it sounded like anyway.

We absolutely have to win tomorrow but we are going to be in for one mighty test.

We lose and we can and will come again. Arsenal lose and they are done.

Could be a huge weekend for us given the timing of the games. If Palace park the bus and sneak a cheeky draw in the 3pm ko it will give our players even more motivation to go out there and get the 3 points.

Also if we do beat Arsenal then Spurs might get a sniff that 4th place is still on and Liverpool will have the pressure right on them to keep up with us. Sunderland caused them problems so Spurs certainly can if they're up for it.

Either way I'm betting on a Chelsea, Liverpool double because with my history of betting wins one of them is bound to let me down which is fine with me given the circumstances.

That twit Frimpong isn't involved, so that's a blessing.
Not really surprising as he signed for Barnsley in January.

Hard to tell if we play Arsenal at a good moment. We seem to be in very good form and loaded with confidence. Arsenal have more injuryproblems than we have and are not playing well. But for them it's definitely the last chance to try and compete for the title.Even a draw would not suit them. Depending on other results a draw might be good for us, obviously preferring a win to put us in an even more stronger position..

We find it hard at Arsenal, but last year was a convincing victory, even though Arsenalwas left with 10 men quite early. I think we should field the same team as we did against United. Maybe Kolarov for Clichy or Milner for navas to start, but I'd pick pretty much the same team. Dzeko is better away from home and a better option to play the lone striker, although Pellegrini likes his midfield play high up and close to the striker.

Either way, I hope for 3 points and I honestly couldn't care how we get them. We've played more fantastic football than any other team, so scraping a win woiuldn't harm us in any way. It will end a terrific week if we could do it.

It might be a good time to play the Arse (they could be thinking about the FA Cup and wanting no more injuries, suspensions etc)

Also, Mike Dean is absolutely hated by the Arse fans - his record reffing them is almost as bad as Peter F**king Walton's against us!

Not usually an optimist when we go into the big games, but I am reasonably hopeful we will get the job done tomorrow!

Again he brings up us not respecting FFP in his press conference. Give it a rest Wenger.
Wenger is royally pissed off at the moment, and is now lashing out like a petulant kid about FFP. Remind us what you paid for the goggle eyed one, Arsene.
He's looking worried.
Let's enhance his paronoia tomorrow.

always nice to beat the biggest mugs in world football , goons supporters , paying over a grand for season tickets whilst their club sits on £200m in the bank , cant wait for saturday when jeremy and jemima gooner start squealing at nasri and clichy "its just not fair" because they signed for a club with ambition., bunch of southern shandy drinking tossers.

We're missing five key players, lost all momentum, performances have been dire, and just looked completely drained- physically and mentally. You should be much, much more than 'reasonably hopeful'. I'm puzzled by how much worrying there's been in this thread from a City perspective. Let me assure you that no Arsenal fan is looking at your visit with the least degree of confidence. Someone mentioned earlier in the thread that you are the best. And it's true, you are. I only hope that the Arsenal players can dig deep and somehow find a way to keep things dignified. I don't think I could handle another walloping all the indications all point that way.
