Good afternoon Man City fans.

This is a quick post/heads up to inform fans that there will be top class catering available for any fan that goes to Wealdstone FC for their drinks before the Charity Shield game. For people that do not know, Man City have used Wealdstone FC as a base while they have played at Wembley these last few years.

Wealdstone is situated in Ruislip which is about 6 to 7 miles away from Wembley. It has 4 Underground stations (Ruislip 2 minute walk) all within walking distance and the A40 into London is just 5 minute drive away.

The Rollin Kitchen food truck will be serving Gourmet Burgers, Hot Dogs, Southern Fried Chicken, Pulled Pork and Salt Beef sandwiches and will open from 9am on Sunday the 10th of August.

We will also be open on your return from Wembley if you would like a quick drink and a great meal before your journey home.

Wealdstone FC's address is here :

Wealdstone Football Club
Grosvenor Vale,
Ruislip,

Also the Football Conference has a nice little article about our The Rollin' Kitchen's venture with Wealdstone FC

Thank you for taking time to read this post. Come City, I'm a Spurs fan, beat those tarquin's.

Just to add to the above it's always a pleasure to call at the club pre/post match.

The singsong after winning the FA Cup there especially the 25 minute Yaya (****.:)..) Hey Jude was one of those things that you had to be at.

Great friendly family atmos and we must drink a small fortune of booze between us all. It's also somewhere where you can get served and not have to fight to get to the bar or end up outside on muddy grass etc

How are we going to set up for this game?

Hart
Clichy - Kompany - Demichelis - Kolarov
Yaya Toure - Fernando
Nasri - Jovetic - Silva
Dzeko

Caballero, Sagna, Boyata, Milner, Fernandinho, Navas, Negredo.

Navas for either one of nasri or silva and I reckon this the team.

You sure you've not been in Glasgow for longer than a week?

WOOPS

Completely slipped my mind. I reckon we'll have Aguero in on the bench, then, or Guidetti providing he's not been sold.

And Boyata can slide off the bench for Nastasic, at the least.

I reckon Nastasic will start, can't see both Kompany and Demichelis doing so.

A bit worrying that our main centre backs haven't seen a minute of game time and we only have one more game before the season opener. I know they have 2 weeks of training but its not quite the same.

We have enough CBs to give our WC players more time. It's going to be a long season so not wise to rush them back. I mean the ones who have played far into the knockout stages. That's why we have a big squad.
