Would Liverpool be where they are with Salah and Van Dijk out. Their replacements are never going to be at the same level., for the simple reason players as talented as Laporte and Sane aren't going to sit and wait for a chance to play in case of injury. In hindsight we should have let Otamendi go and replaced him , but I honestly thought we'd see a better Stones this season.we shouldn't be so over-dependent on 2 players, we coped last 2 seasons and we should have had the correct squad depth to cope again this season, that's what they're paid to do.

Well, it’s a matter of public record that Arteta was up for the Arsenal job last time and was interviewed and its widely reported that he’s interested this time - and he’s allegedly on Arsenals short list - so hardly the wildest speculation that you infer - so wind it in knob head ; )

Didn't past 2 seasons, we shouldn't see this level of drop off. Nor should we getting so many more serious injuries than our rivals, we are suffering constantly and disproportionately and it needs resolving.

Only lost kdb last season and mendy for the last 18 months this season is different if you cant see that your just arguing for arguing sake. Take Mane and vvd out of the Liverpool side they be pushing for top four.

we don't have to because they don't get injured. We've only lost Laporte and Sane on long-term injuries this season until the annual Kun injury, so it's nothing new, our recruitment just hasn't improved those areas of the squad where we needed it to.
