Early days yet, no need to panic. I know Villa should be a relatively easy 3 points for this team but we still haven’t lost a game. We need to take our chances when they come, Alvarez was an obvious sub that wasn’t made for some reason as Foden not performing. Onto the next victims, come on you blues!!!

Oh well, at least Haaland scored again :) - and that git coutinho didn't. Mahrez has no impact as a sub, he never seems to be able to get into the game when he comes on. Would have liked to see Alverez after that fantastic game in the week. Missed the chance to go top, loads of possession, some sloppy passing, not enough chances on target.

So, I wrote down all the players who were shit in the match thread and I have a full set. Even Haaland got a mention. The tactics we are employing are causing the issues. The players don’t get the system, and Walker in midfield and playing Foden out of position is just bizarre. Easy to target the players. Not sure why Pep is trying to complicate it. Removing Silva took our legs away.

I think I get what you are alluding to, but give him a chance man. Even from the first game, his work rate is improving, you can see him chasing back, dropping deeper game on game.

We pay him to score goals and he is doing that, just give the lad some leeway to adjust to an alien system.

He is simply a beast

Yes and we paid Sergio to score goals and he did by the bucket load, but pep had a problem with that, because Sergio wasn't his signing, I think pep has a.massive ego problem, his decisions for the champions league final against Chelsea convinced me of that

You know why you'll get slaughtered - coz he's won us 2 games already this season (west ham, crystal palace).
