I squirmed for most of the second half.

Gundy is amazing. Iniesta-esque with his movement off the ball, just pass and move, pass and move. I really think we should consider playing that midfield in the big games and opting for KDB as a false 9. Rodri, Gundy and Bernado seems to work the best. Bloody nice problem to have.

Stones was a yellow all day he wasn't off the ground and out of control like Cooper was in the Leeds game. So why is he lucky ?

After today's result atleast the the league is secured, we might find it tough in cup final considering the effort we had to put in with 10 men.

Really needed this win to get back some sort of momemtum with crucial fixtures coming upm

We managed the game brilliantly after Stones went but if we'd had a predatory goalscorer they could have ripped through that Villa backline for fun given the space we had.

Fair play to Dean Smith for stating that he didn’t feel that John Stones red card was justified! Have to say that I agree. Still, in the modern game it’s no surprise at all.
