Could have gone pear-shaped after conceding in first minute, and after going down to 10 ... but we stayed calm, confident and in control.

It may be my imagination, but when we choose to put our best team out on the pitch, we're rather good ?

Great performance given the week we’ve had.
Fair play to Dean Smith for saying Stones challenge should have been a yellow.
Always comes across as a straight forward guy.
I didn’t think it deserved a red. He tried to play the ball snd there was no malice and in it.

Good 3 points, but I thought that second half was terrible, some of our passing was very poor, and don't get me started on villa, they should be getting relegated playing like that.

Noticed that myself a number of times blowing up late then awarding freekicks also kept putting his hand up to ear piece as if as you say being briefed,he was poor for me the ref looked like a non league ref threw in last minute to do the game ..

Thought he was poor missed a lot and got in City’s way far too often
