As an aside that girl that got dq'd for the false start was bang out of order, clearly it was intended as she was injured, so not fair to the other runners

She looked knackered, ran the individual in the week, in hindsight probably shouldn't have done the relay.

A lot of the relay runners start wide in the lane and he completely impeded South Africa, they'll get reinstated but wont get a good lane when they were looking good.
