Odd. You'd think they'd just do the full away end aswelBecause they have safe standing in the home end they are required to have some safe standing in the away end, so I would guess they've just put in a few rows to meet requirements

Wolves fans were brilliant today.
We always struggle in heated and intense atmospheres, even when we have our best team out.
I’d give my right bollock for City to come out and say, ‘we have decided to make the North Stand all corporate boxes and we are knocking down the East Stand to build a giant one-tier grandstand with safe-standing at the East Stand side of the ground that will hold 25,000 fans’.anybody see the Lens fans Vs arsenal ? Three ends all singing and waving flags, looked particularly good with the biggest congregation of fabs being on the halfway line down the side.
We could officially call it the kippax, good idea that mate , ;-)I’d give my right bollock for City to come out and say, ‘we have decided to make the North Stand all corporate boxes and we are knocking down the East Stand to build a giant one-tier grandstand with safe-standing at the East Stand side of the ground that will hold 25,000 fans’.
yeh we would have aright good time in there, make it all safe stand, people would congregate towards the end where city where kicking for that half.We could officially call it the kippax, good idea that mate , ;-)
No, the club isn't listening. It hasn't listened. It has read this thread, but it has ignored a cross section of views, with the majority of those views wanting and supporting a proper vocal home end. Good luck at the meeting with the club, whenever it takes place.went about 2 years ago, said that wolves away and hull away very similar, very vocal, they have a right go at the away fans.. I looked to see what type of fan it was singing, was it a young end ? No it was all ages just belting hearts out.
massive advantage of a one tier end behind the goal there, not three or two tiers of random bars, restaurants and safe stand... ARE THE CLUB LISTENING
24,000 of them would have to relocate to make room for UEFA Sponsors and Partners on CL nightsI’d give my right bollock for City to come out and say, ‘we have decided to make the North Stand all corporate boxes and we are knocking down the East Stand to build a giant one-tier grandstand with safe-standing at the East Stand side of the ground that will hold 25,000 fans’.
Were the Villa fans taunting their opponents with tin foil Champions League replicas? What a bunch of tossers they are!Watched Villa last night. Apart from 2 different chants, 1 song on a few occasions, the atmosphere was absolutely dead, bar a few hundred Zrinjski Mostar fans 'singing for most of the game'.
