I couldn’t give a fuck if early leavers think I’m an wanker mate. It’s my personal opinion that i think leaving football games early is shit. It’s the busybodies on here who think they can dictate whether people can have an opinion on something.
Wankers of the highest order.
You made the mistake of thinking I could actually give a fuck about what you think or say.
Read my posts again. I couldn’t give a shit fella.

I wasn’t being arsey. I just find all this “you leave early so you’re not a proper fan” sentiment so irritating

Maybe not in the case of the guy I was replying to, but just generally speaking it’s more a case of “look at me I’m a superfan I always stay right to the end, please like my post”. It just smacks of neediness.

There are literally hundreds, maybe even thousands, of posts a season on here decrying early leavers, yet in forty odd years of going to the match and more often than not leaving early I’ve never had one fellow blue say a cross word to me about it.

That suggests to me that it’s not an issue at all other than in the minds of people fixated on their online reputation …. and so we’re back to my earlier point of who cares what a 13 yr old rag from Dublin and his ilk think
I dont think anyone gives a fk about likes .
I dont dictate to anyone what they do.

its up to them,full.stop.
what makes me laugh ,is like yesterday,early.traditional.kick.off time, yet thousands leaving instead of.supporting and getting behind the team when it was getting a bit close for.comfort near the end,but like i said, thats my take on it,i still know people.will still.do.what they want, which is to go early

I'm going to start leaving work 10 minutes early to avoid the rush. I'll see how this works out ;)
Good idea, let me know how it goes. In the same vein I think I'm going to the cinema tonight to watch a blockbuster and leave 10 mins before the end. Who the fuck cares how the film ends as along as I get home in good time for my hot water bottle and cocoa.

There were about 5 kids singing Bobby's in a Box, which is obviously not very pleasant but a banning order is ridiculous. If you're offended by these teens then actually grow up.

Yet another example of city bending over backwards to maintain public relations with other clubs who wouldn't treat us in the same way back
Beg to differ. They need banning and taught some respect. Hope they get their arses kicked if they try that shit next week.

Not exactly good fans are they if they leaving when it’s 2-1 on a Saturday afternoon reeks of entitlement

I’m more bothered what the players and Pep think. Couldn’t care less about what a teenager in Dublin thinks. But the players and manager serving up the best football & trophy haul we’ve ever seen deserve much, much better.

I don’t think it’s being a super fan staying to the end, I think it’s more like being a normal fan
