Unfortunately I don’t think the club are listening to the fans behind the scenes. They may well be hearing what the fans say, but they aren’t listening.

Be akin to me going around to the sisters and she's yapping about some new beauty product when I'm sat on the sofa watching the football. Turn around 10 mins later and she's still chuntering away. Have no idea what's she's been talking about for the past 10 minutes and how she's found so much to say about it.

‘Drama queen’? You’re the sad clown who was moaning about being cold at the game! Stay home tonight with your coco. Oh and you had to go work after the match. Bless. Wouldn’t want to sit next to you. No support just moaning.
See that’s we differ you tool. You wouldn’t be sitting next to me. I stand and sing, clearly you sit in the quiet corner with your half & half scarf. Then harp on about poor support. I get it, it’s your first season ticket, you’re excited, but deluded.

Someone tell me which match this was and why the stand is empty so I can shut the feck out of someone winding me up.

Don't get drawn in mate. I'm sure we could find similar photos ourselves if we were that way inclined. Looks like Bony playing up front which would filter out a lot of seasons.

Was watching SkySports News yesterday and they had the presenter asking 'did you think the atmosphere was quiet on Saturday?' to the two lads sat on the sofa- one of which being that cockney twat Jamie O'Hara. He hilariously replied 'it always is, isn't it?!' to which he and the others had a bit of a chortle. Yes, we all know it wasn't great but I doubt it'd have been a talking point nationally if Pep hadn't throw us under the bus again. We have enough to contend with with fans from other clubs without our own manager helping them out.

All baldy has done is give us a rod for our own back. Sticking the boot in on talksport this morning - maybe we are bored of winning! Stick to picking the team Josep and speak to your gaffers about the prawn sarnie and Prosecco brigade that sit behind you.
Well said mate. Some on here think our support is poor?! Deluded clowns.

Bang on that mate. That’s what I’m saying. Pep has thrown us under the bus.

Stop making excuses for poor support. We’re watching the best football we’ve ever seen. We were playing the second best team the Premier League has ever seen, our biggest, most hated rivals FFS. Not Fulham, not Bournemouth.

If Pep hadn’t said anything we know our support on Saturday was piss-poor. Bernardo asked for our support on Friday because he knew it couldn’t be relied on. Are you going to have a go at him as well?
Poor support. Bollocks!

Looks like the 2015/16 season, if we are going back into ancient history we have never pulled the crowds that the dippers have for some of the European cup games 12,000 against Dundalk being an example.

Pages like that on social media are there to get the biggest pile on and reaction which is why they post this shite. I noticed they tried highlighting empty seats when people were still on the concourse at half time and the game had kicked off on Saturday, it’s all about getting idiots to believe a narrative which is why they are baying for blood for City to be relegated whilst Everton have done nothing wrong.

I'm sorry but sometimes you have to hold your hands up, we have the worst set of fans in the country for generating an atmosphere, I've said it before I sat on level 2 Colin Bell stand at a game ,joined in with the " Come on City " and was told by the guy at the side of me not to bother as we don't sing round here. To many old timers who can't be bothered if you ask me.

The truth is we can be amongst the best if not the best for atmosphere & noise but that is never mentioned by the media or praised by anyone & we can be as quiet & subdued as a lot of other places including the rags & dippers but as soon as we are its highlighted by the media, other fans & our manager.

Absolute rubbish. On our day we have one of the loudest grounds in the country. If you went to Arsenal at home or any of the later stage champions league games you would know that .

Were you at Arsenal or Madrid last season? Our atmosphere can easily trump anywhere else in the league. We've reached a stage where games aren't 'must win'. It's far too early in the season for that to be the case. We're a point off top spot and won 22 or 23 home games on the trot. At the back of everybody's mind is that we can win the last 10 games of the season if needs be to take the title. I don't like it but it's inevitable a bit of complacency kicks in. The swamp was always like that and they weren't even rattling off 90 point seasons and nowhere near as dominant as we are now. When the time comes I'm sure we'll rise to the occasion again.

There is a game every weekend where we see a manager or a player waving to encourage noise. I've seen Klopp do it and players do it too, as they go to take a corner or a throw in....it's commonplace. The only reason Pep comments on it is because the media ask him about it, but they never ask other managers about it. Valverde said the Etihad is the worst stadium to play at, directly references the noise created by our fans. I've never seen the media ask Pep to comment on that.

People have short term memories of what the atmosphere was like against Bayern and Madrid in the spring. Crowds in England are always reactionary to what’s happening on the pitch, City looked like they were going backwards at time during the game on Saturday and afforded Liverpool way to much of the hall compared to other teams. That flatness would have fed into the crowd.

I recall that when they put the tickets on sale for non-season ticket holders, for all of our home matches at once this season, the Liverpool, United and Arsenal games were already “greyed out”. To judge from the half and half scarf quotient present on Saturday, it wouldn’t surprise me if none of those, what, 12k to 15k, tickets was sold to long time, Mancunian, City fans.
I’m tired of Pep loading the gun for our enemies to take pot shots at us. He needs to train his sights on the club’s owners, not the supporters

Maybe it's the fact that we have a different crowd at Champion league games , If you can't generate an atmosphere against your title rivals then it's a poor show in my opinion, I'm seventy plus and still like to sing at games, I have a group who sit near me and a more interested in shoving the shitty beer down there necks in the corporate bar than watching the game.

Post of the day that mate. Let’s all stick to the agenda. It’s Pep being a mard arse and should be directing his frustrations at the owners, not us. Complete shit response from Pep. Needs to own his shit.

I genuinely don't think he understands how much his comments piss people off. As you allude to people make huge sacrifices to be there. I was awake about 5am and had about 4 hours sleep. Like everybody else I'm paying a fair bit for the privilege of being there. Bus broke down on the way back too etc. Then you get these comments off somebody whose getting paid very handsomely to be there knocking the support in his lavish Stone Island jumper. Not those in the stands scrimping and saving all week to be in attendance. He annoyed me last season too after the Spurs game midweek and am getting back through the door at 1.30am or whatever it was on a Wednesday or Thursday morning. Other fans taking pot shots the following day after a decent nights sleep and not spending a penny. It is irritating.

I think the tweet by City is in response to his comments and probably wouldn't have been posted otherwise. Somebody at the club should just tell him not to comment on it and he's only making himself look daft trying to gee up the tunnel club.

Don't want to sound ungrateful as I love the guy and we're very fortunate to have him. I think we all just have to accept he's very ignorant to the changing demographic of those in attendance and the repercussions City fans face from his comments.
He’s a perfectionist. He wants more noise more atmosphere. He’s not pissed me off. The sublime football we play warrants an amazing atmosphere even if we play at 2 in the morning. It’s a dire atmosphere at times and he’s right. It’s not much better elsewhere with new stadia. It can be like a morgue at times. Away support is amazing home support a lot of the time is dire. These are facts. A Kippax that never had anything to shout about would embrace this fine world class side.

Tell him to go to a concert then, blokes a mard arse.

So everybody can be involved to create atmosphere on sunday, maybe like vs Madrid or Arsenal. I´m from germany and it is totally different, because it is another fan culture, but when I´m in the Etihad, I`ll sing, clap and give my best, to support the team.
