The Snipe on the other side of Audenshaw(near McDonalds & B&Q) is a cracking boozer,now does decent pub grub til 7pm Monday to Saturday & a belting Sunday lunch 12 til 3. Also has foreign TV,shows City games,not too busy for home games as most regulars go,but gets a fair few for away days. Used to be a rag pub,but this Landlady & her family are predominantly blues,so a much better mix,though none of the twunts go to the swamp. A good place to get a couple down you,before heading up to the Etihad on the 216 too.

Still can't understand how quickly The Boundry went downhill? Used to do a roaring trade on meals and the annual beer festival used to be good. If it is a Weatherspoons it should do well.

From what i've been told, The Hooley Hill up the road is to be a Raja Bros mini market and The Stamford further up is to be a funeral palour.
