I've seen them many times here in Idaho but also remember a really good display years ago in the midlands. Remember walking home from the pub at one or two in the morning and waking my ma up to come out and watch them with me. If she hadn't have witnessed them too, I guess it could have been caused by some of that Salvia stuff ....

Did anyone manage to get any pictures last night?
After a week looking at cloudy skies in Finnish Lapland over Christmas then being stuck at work last night while the UK gets it's best display for 20 years I'm beginning to feel I'm destined not to see them myself.
