Away ends and tourists

He's not doing anything illegal or 'immoral' by getting them is he?

Besides the point, at least he's a blue who's getting the ticket. The main problem is there are supporters missing out due to JCL's, tourists and people only interested in a day trip.

Plus supporters clubs taking the piss as he admits.

The SC are in the wrong as are those running it and they are part of the problem.

I am not having a go at the individual at all. We do what we can to get a ticket. Not many aways have gone to low points this year

Fair enough mate. Off the top of my head Swansea in the cup, Leicester the other week, and West Ham this coming Friday have all gone down to general sale. As did the Nou Camp.

I understand why people disagree the supporters club and thats why i when i can use my points i do. I go to the games that no one else wants. Ill be at west ham on the friday night and probably wont get home till 3 am. I dont abuse the sc for tickets. I regularly go to the cfa for the monthly meetings with kevin parker. These are used to improve the whole experience for all fans not just those in sc. My sc and many others also raise a lot of money for charity which surely improves the view of our fan base as a whole. Therefore i think sc deserve the 1 or 2 tickets we get given for certain games like liverpool.

First of all dont use the charity card. I donate to charity, does that give me a right to a ticket. You say you dont abuse the SC to get a ticket yet go on about how you got a high demand game with 5700 points? . Look i do have sympathy for younger fans wanting to go to games. This is may be something the club need to look at but not by using a SC as a route

It's not just away games. I sit in 93:20 - have sat in the same seat since we left Maine Road - and now getting fleeced for the "privilege". Atmosphere is shocking, loads of empty seats, loads of tourists and lot of disinterested non City fans on corporate jollies, arrive 15 late and leave 10 minutes early - for each half. Some of the best seats in the stadium wasted. Like many on here after 30 years of following City I'm thinking this might be my last. Just not enjoying the match day experience anymore - it's got no soul - the heart of the club has been sold to people who don't deserve it.

Apologies if i phrased it badly or used the wrong examples but what i was trying to say is that i try give back what the club gives me in the with the chance to get a ticket

I've gotten into the non-league scene loads over the last couple of seasons as I'm being priced out of premier league football.

As was previously stated, you soon get used to not going week in week out - don't get me wrong, City are, always have been and always will be my first love, but it's such a good crack at non-league matches.

It's not just City though - I've signed up to a couple of non-league forums and the amount of people who are turning their backs on football at the top flight is quickly mounting.

In all honesty though, todays "performance" wouldn't have helped the atmosphere
I've been getting disillusioned with it too. I didn't think our club would start like this as they seemed to hold out for a good while but the "monetise" machine seems to have ramped up.

My nearest non-league team is FootballCUM though ffs.

Sadly, instead of the club listening and learning from your comments, they will see it as an opportunity to fill the seat with someone else they can monetize even more!
