Is that true?
If so they should let people know and give them a chance to bin the cup schemes as FA Cup replays are kiilers for many.

So that would mean you renewed your season ticket on Platinum and got 380 points. Then for every league game you didn't attend you will be deducted 20 points.
Can someone please confirm this has been proposed because it's the first I've heard of it.
(I'd like to point out that I haven't missed a first team home game since February 1976 in case any one thinks I'm in the habit of skipping the odd home game).

It wouldn’t be that, would be points on top I’d imagine. Might have just been an idea that was muted rather than something that’s in place.
I must be in the minority but think these changes are quite positive.

Only slight issue I have is with the whole destination collection thing. By scrapping points for away games aren’t you measuring against people simply buying for points anyway? What happens if you buy an away ticket but suddenly you can’t go? Crazy you can’t pass that on at face value.

You are in the minority and that's because these changes are shockingly bad; they label our core away support as 'points whores' and actually punish the people who have been following City away for a number of years. It's a real kick in the bollocks to our away supporters and does nothing to address the much more serious issue of how blocks of tickets appear on agency web sites for sale. These tickets come from the club who are happy to take the profit while they address the imaginary bogeyman of the 'points whores'.
More youthful presence at away games? Interesting to see how that works out. I'm pretty sure it wasn't people of my age taunting Leicester fans about a recent helicopter crash, or were kicking off outside St James' park last season, or...

Tbh it sounds like the tickets won’t be with you until five days before, which means you won’t have the tickets in hand to return if you can’t go.That’s the point In it being 5 days it will still give you up to a week before to cancel

Is that true? Surely not!! I can see some comeback if someone else tries to collect your ticket, but not if it remains uncollected
What if I have a serious crash on the way to the match or if a family member drops dead on the morning of the game... this would be followed up by my season ticket getting blocked !!!

Fantastic news if you're right. If I attend all 19 home premier league games I'll get another 380 points in addition to the 380 points I got for renewing. Pretty sure this isn't going to happen, but I'd love to be wrong.
