Bad Pills at Warehouse Project

Just a devils advocate throw in here.

If you made ecstasy legal, do you think it would carry the same thrill or maybe draw is the more appropriate word as it is now. The truth is, in my eyes, is that people, especially the youth want to something illegal, against what is considered acceptable. That's part of it. To do something not accepted. If you are doing something the prime minister or queen could do its just not the same. Legalise it and it will just move on to something else that isn't legal.

DRUGS are illegal.
No tolerance is what we need

Alcohol and cigs are legal.

drugs are illegal because the government say they are, do you agree with everything the government says is illegal?

oh and in other countries drugs are legal.

Drugs are illegal because Government haven't worked out how to tax them .

Think it would be easy to work out a way to tax drugs, see a problem with glue and other solvents would they stay tax free if so it does not seem fair.

It could be a sticking point.

Oh UHU!

Alcohol causes 40,000 deaths a year in the UK directly. It causes all sorts of other social misery. 40% of people in hospital are supposedly there due to smoking-related illnesses. Yet both are legal and largely socially acceptable.

There are about 30 Ecstasy related deaths a year here and most are from bad tablets. I'd prefer my kids not to do any of the three but they're probably safer taking Ecstasy than heavy drinking or smoking. It seems that any policy or initiative that has shown some tolerance or acceptance of drug-taking helps reduce the impact on users and the community. It's time we had a more reasoned and adult policy towards drugs.

Wrong its a serious point. Address the question at hand you have had a lot to say on the matter of drug use and its effect on society.

Oh UHU!
We came up with the same response.

I feel we've got a bond.
