thanks , but how do you know this????

I've eaten it in a take away meal (curry) I had once a few years ago. It didn't quite taste like chicken, you know.

I complained to the Environmental health folk who tested a sample I'd kept.

After analysis they told me it was cat and the take away was closed down for a while.

I now always order Lamb curries as the worst they can dupe you with is serving mutton, which is still "sheep".

Simples order "Sheep" tikka next time you order a curry.

I also now order nothing but Char Sui pork if I have a Chinese meal.

I've been inside the Heinz factory in Wigan, I won't elaborate for fear of you going all Karen Carpenter.
