whats he apologising for?

getting sent off against liverpool?

Never a sending off that. Remove it from the list.

ill remove it and replace it with being involved in a car crash a few days before a key game

A car crash that by all accounts wasn't his fault.

He's spoke to his agent and offered a carefully worded apology. Just like tevez did. And is just as genuine.

At least it didn't take several months and after taking part in a golf tournament.

Hahaha. Still at it I see...

I'm glad someone noticed ;)

Don't worry Mario wasn't just you that didn't perform against Arse.

Are you for real????

What are you fucking talking about?

Yes don't worry mario you have only brought shame on our club for the vast majority of the 2 seasons you have been here. The petulance that he showed against Sunderland when he wanted to take the free kick last week yet Kolarov and De Jong both told him to fuck off just shows what a selfish arrogant prick he really is!!!! The most hated City player i have ever seen in my lifetime and the sooner he goes the better. Vinny's face at the final whistle yesterday also tells you that him as our captain really did want to smack that **** aswell!!!!

Bet doesn't know what he's apologising for
Neither do I. I have watched the game over again, and for the life of me I don't know why he is getting so much flak! He was one of the hardest working players on the pitch against Arse. And refs unfairly target him. I have just seen Lampard not get a warning for a similar tackle against Fulham. I see players day and night get less for doing more.

Everyone is just praying and hoping he fuks up, and when he doesn't it is often manufactured. I don't think he is as good as he or many think. But I don't really find his attitude on the field out of order.

Mancini should apologize for leaving a carded player in a game late. Players make more mistakes when tired. So if you have a card, your coach should do a better job managing his subs.

I need a fucking apology from Mancini. :X
spot on ,and although at times he does'nt help himself, the media blow up minor incidents out of all proportion's....

Imagine yourself as a City player
You've taken a punt that your career will progress here.
You're in a cracking team and you're fighting for the Premier League

There's a guy in your team who's a bit of a maverick
He seems to be favoured slightly by the boss
He's a lovely lad, bit dim, but heart's in the right place
He scores the odd beauty, but gets into trouble a lot too
On a couple of occasions, he's just 'lost the plot' to the point of putting the team at risk

Is this guy the guy you want in your team with you?
AND let's say the players are like the fans... 50/50 split...

Do you want HALF your players concerned about his presence in the team?

Maybe his behavioural problems aren't all his fault, but still, it's like a violent thug, or an alcoholic, or drug addict... they can TRY to curb their behaviour and develop strategies to control their problems, but in the case of a footballer problem, he can't stop the opposition from winding him up until he breaks. It's like waving the drug under his nose, or offering to buy an alcoholic a pint.

Wind him up and he can't help himself. And we see already that it doesn't take much to wind him up.

He has to go. I feel for the lad. It's a real shame. He could have been a real 'fun' celebrity like Paul Gascoigne that folks loves to watch, but it's not to be.

I wish him well, but he's not for us.

Heartfelt words from the lad and it seems that the penny has finally dropped with him. He is obviously extremely disappointed with himself and distraught that he has let the fans, his manager and his team mates down. I imagine that he didn't sleep last night and spent half the night worrying over the exact wording of his apology, so important it was to him to make sure that his remorse was known. I expect him to completely adapt his behaviour now and never get involved in such stupidity, on and off the pitch, again. See, those of you who didn't have faith in him, stick that in your pipe.......

And pigs might fly.....

I'm currently looking for a pipe big enough!
