This is not just a "usual training ground bust-up." This really does make a mockery of our club and there can only be one outcome. I have always taken the view that it was worth perservering with Mario because, whatever his critics say, he is a football talent. This incident strikes at the heart of Mancini's credibility as a leader. If Mario doesn't go then Mancini will be holed under the water with his staff. Mario must go for the good of the whole club. It doesn't show Bobby in a good light either. Do you remember how long Tony Coleman lasted after apparently coming to blows with Malcolm Allison?
Errmm, slightly different. TC was on the lash with Stan Bowles, Mal told him to go home, they jumped him and Mal battered them. This a number pictures which could and may well be attached to the wrong outcome aside from being very selective.
