Balotelli (continued)

If true, the way Balo has given both Bob and the club the two fingers in a very public way is a disgrace but Bob must also share the blame has he has constantly failed to deal with a problem, the vast majority have seen coming since day one im afraid.

Not worth loaning him out in January in my opinion.

Not unless someone agrees to pay all his wages with a cast-iron guarantee to purchase at a set price in the summer.

A loan does nothing for us, aside from ridding a distraction sideshow.

We would not have the immediate transfer funds to go out and buy a replacement of sufficient quality.

Hopefully, we are thinking a couple steps ahead, as I also believe Dzeko is out in the summer and that will also deliver another £20m towards the kitty.

He hasn't played once for City with the same passion and desire he shown when playing for Italy in the euros
The man is stealing a living and the sooner we get rid of this waste of space the better
Can't believe people defend him,Gerry Creaney put more in

FA Cup semi final

Away at the rags last season.

Still too few and far between though.

Let him go, he obviously doesn't WANT to be here anymore.

Bye Mario.

Balo really has the potential to be a brilliant goal scorer, his finishing can be brilliant. But where we are right now we dont have the time or the luxury to wait for him to put the required work in to be the player he should be. Problem is it will be difficult to get someone in january as nobody wants to sell, maybe someone like Lorente although hes never been a big goal scorer he has shown he plays brilliantly in passing teams, like ours.

I would rather him be loaned out than causing trouble within the club. Maybe he would have a couple if good months somewhere and preserve a little of his transfer value.

I don't know if you have kids, but sometimes they can do no wrong in your eyes, even if they act the brat.

I think Mancini will feel let down and a little embarrassed, more so, because he has continually put his neck on the line for him.

Think we did start to see the cracks when Mancini started to sub him for no real reason against West Ham and United.

he may be a good guy, funny etc...but at 25m and 200k a week in wages he's one of the biggest rip-offs in the history of the game. 200k a week for doing nothing but a bit of training this week, yet again.
Some of us saw right through Balotelli from the start. Has he improved one jot since joining City?

Do you work for the Mirror or the Mail?

I think it's probably in both parties best interest that he moves on, either in January or the summer. Sometimes in life you just have to accept that things have moved beyond the point of no return.

We'll take a hit on the fee no doubt, although the balance of power between us and Milan has shifted since they tried to purloin Tevez off us. Their piss-taking ways will not carry much weight anymore and they need to realise their current place in the footballing world is not to Lord it over us anymore. A club's gotta realise its limitations.

That said, even if we gave him away for nothing his signing would still prove to be a worthwhile one. As much as any player he has raised the global profile of this football club over the last three years. We have transformed from a national joke to one of the most talked about sporting entities on the planet and Mario has been very much part of that. There have also been several moments of note on the pitch, but two have to stand out above all others:

His only assist last season and a celebration at Old Trafford that will live through the ages.

£24 million well spent if you ask me.

Bob has every right to feel let down but I cant help but feel that the powers that be will also see that fault lies with Bob and his failure to deal with the issue.

Nail your colours to the mast by all means but you had better make sure all goes to plan but unfortunately, Balo and Bob have failed to make their relationship work and it wont go down well imo.
