Balotelli can't have excuse from that angle forever. He wouldn't get it in any other business, so no reason to get away with it in football.

He is not getting any racist abuse currently and yes, it's pathetic to play on that card all the time. If we're to stop other people being racially abused, then let's fight racist, not w@nk about our own ones.

For some time now I'm trying to analyze why some people here would go to fire for him and I'm pretty sure that many of them find him as their race hero. There's absolutely no chance one would show complete lack of critics for him without taking it personal and "mes que un football". Some of them are first to shit over Bosnians who would go to fire with their national hero.

Both have fuck all with football and I don't buy that shit.

I can assure you MSP that my defending of Mario has nothing to do with race. I was merely saying that the abuse he has received and continues to receive ( Porto fans, Croatia fans, Spain fans, depicted in his national countries press as King Kong and picking cotton) will have had an impact on his character.

It's naive to think otherwise, in my opinion.

MSP i just cant believe you cant understand it. its not fucking rocket science. people are effected by past experiences. black lad, white family, white town white school. only black person for miles possible feeling of being different, isolation., being victimised for being black. trying to put barriers up a veneer if you will as self protect. you dont need to be a psychiatrist.

I understand that but I also understand that City are not social service and are paying him 100k+ per week to perform world class football for that money.

If he can't do it due to his bad childhood, well he should renegotiate contract and get paid for what he is worth for. Or find some other job where his bad childhood won't make as much impact like it can in football.

I feel with lad personally, I perfectly understand what you are trying to say, I was Bosnian Muslim kid in Croatia while Bosnians and Croatians were killing themselves in masses 200 miles away so it wasn't really an experience of being loved and accepted in society but that wouldn't be considered as his or my escape option if we would work in McDonalds so why would it be at 100k per week job.

Sorry mate, it's not a social service, it's football club, business and one with very big stakes. You can take care of players as much as it is possible, you can give an extra effort but you won't go with it forever. And as some time you say - Mate, I love you to the sky but could you please consider being all that you are somewhere else?
