I just know exactly what will go down IF we sign him now. The press will claim that he is on 180k a week... they set themselves up nicely for this.

That's what I came up with too, but that seems to be too low. I noticed, the article said 2.8 million per season, so I don't know if that specifies the weekly wage during the season, or if that is weekly wage for the entire year.

Like I said the press probably heard the gross.. and thought it was the net.. and we have the wrong report of 180k a week wages.
