He's probably a very good negotiator! In the past City would have just capitulated - I think we have learned quickly, and are playing the game! Who's nerve will hold out - my money is on City. He will come (I hope!)

You could start a whole thread about the Milner fee......in fact I think the Milner thread has actually turned into a whole fiasco about how much we actually think he's worth.
 
Balo demand 800,000 Euro per anual more from City current offer.
City is to discuss with Inter to ask for discount from 30 M. Euro + 5 M. Euro Bonus so that money can go to Balo wage.

His current wage is 1.5 M/year with Inter (about 24,000 GBP/week).
Sky Italy say if player is 35 M fee then he could get better wage in agreement.
