I hope this happens (obviously) but I have to say I wont be shocked if it doesn't.

Everyone saying it's a done deal is mistaken in my view. I have worked on too many "done deals" in the past that for whatever reason didn't get done. Clearly there have been areas of disagreement to get resolved and they may or may not get resolved positively.

That's my view FWIW.
