Even if he is in it for the money, (which is highly likely), whats the problem? Do you think Tevez, Ade, Johnno, the Toure brothers et al all went to bed as kids cuddling their city teddies, in their city jim jams under their nice warm city duvets? No, did they balls. There isn't one player in the big earners league who aren't in it for the money. Just a few months ago Assou-Ekkoto declared he hates the game and is only in it for the money. No problem here as far as I can see.

his agent was quoted as saying that he was 'anxious' to complete his move to city last week. Same difference really.
