Mario Balotelli is on the brink of joining Manchester City from Inter Milan for an initial £24million.
The 19-year-old has agreed terms on a £65,000 a week five-year contract, according to reports in Italy, and the transfer fee could eventually rise to £29m with add-ons.
The fee would take City's incredibly summer spending spree to about £100m following the acquisitions of Jerome Boateng (Hamburg, £10m), David Silva (Valencia, £24m), Yaya Toure (Barcelona, £24m) and Aleksandar Kolarov (Lazio, £17m).

Yeah, Balotelli is not the traditional Italian forward, the only flop potential with him comes from his attitude, not his ability. His ability is world class, the big risk here is his mentality and whether he can settle down and fit in.

Apart from Ade going to Juve - we need him to stay
 
If Ade is going, i'll take a guess that we'll go after Dzeko aswell. So i wouldn't be too fussed. Looked like he actually gives a shit in the last 2 friendlys though, which is promising

Balotelli flew out to America for Inter's pre-season tour on Sunday and, if a deal is completed in the coming days, he could line up for City against the Italian side in Baltimore on Saturday.
