I can see why our club is taking their time. We play Inter on July 31st so we have time. They want to convince Maicon that we are a good move for him. If we offer Richards + Robinho and 22millon.. For Mario and Maicon. I doubt Inter or Maicon takes that offer.. but we have to make the bid and take the chance.
With fullbacks of Maicon and Kolarov. They would be the best in the league. And with Boatang could sub at both full backs and at CB.
This excites me more than Dzeko or Torres.

I think he is a City fan.. just the type that rather City be a bad team with the right type players.. than a good team with the wrong type players.
What I dont get is why after stating is opinion he has to kick the dead horse. Him saying it over and over wont change Citys bid or chance of getting him.
Maybe we need a sticky thread of where people can make predictions.. later we can come back to see if they are right or wrong instead of these posters stating these opinion 20 or 30 times a day starting slaging matches because of them.

Nothing would give me greater pleasure than being proven totally wrong about Balotelli. I would be the first to eat a huge chunk of humble pie. It's just that what I've seen of him over the last year, year and a half, I've not been impressed. That is just my opinon about this particular player. Why would any City fan want 'City to be a bad team' for fs.
