35 million euros seems to be Inters starting price, we're offering about 25? (£20 million). I reckon he'll end up costing about £22-28 million, including add-ons.

Wrong. He's always liked #32, he said it's special to him. Something to do with Michael Jordan being #23, and Michael Jordan is one of Tevez's idols.
