Banning smoking in beer gardens

I have gone out with a mate or mates and stood out with them when they fancy a smoke, more often though I don't. Most of my mates that do smoke, if we are outside with non-smokers will refrain from smoking at the table out of courtesy. Or will go to a further bit or out to the front if they want to. It is the others around that still make it shit.

I've never heard of vaping being separated from smoking tbf, the ban covers both.

I disagree on smoke from beer gardens, but it can vary depending on a lot of things, size, number etc. There are many people that actively avoid being outside because of it, I have moved inside on many occasions both with family and with smoking friends who get that. I would welcome a ban on beer gardens. Or on the whole thing altgether tbf.

There is no legal ban of vaping, never has been.

It's down to private businesses if it's banned on their premises or not. Maybe it's because it LOOKS LIKE someone is smoking, so they just blanket ban it all. What happens on a cold day when breath is visible?

It is bracketed with smoking, the ban says 'including electronic cigarettes' which is what vaping is classed as. People regularly get chucked put of gigs, off trains etc. for being twats and vaping on the sly. You don't vape in pubs, hospitals, schools, planes etc. Because it is banned.

Yeah I know how it works, its not illegal to vape in pubs for instance. Some pubs allow it, I go in one and it doesn't bother me tbh.

Some fuckers probably walk into the vape just to have a fucking moan. Some vapers don't help themselves with their nuclear devices mind.

Forcing vapers into smoking areas is bang out of order though.
