Embarrassing.

'Hi, we're here for a fight if you fancy one'.

Where did they hide their BMX's and Skateboards is what I want to know.

exactly. just watch the friggin football ffs.
Correct, but whats that favourite Yarkshire saying, strong in arm thick in head, sorry to say some of them proved it Saturday

Re: City's "firm"

I didn't go to the game so can't comment on how bad the barnsley lot were, but if they were singing rag songs and "you're not champions anymore" and giving it "The barry" then fair play that some of em got a slap!

Re: City's "firm"

There were lots of their kids (early 20s at guess) ballooning about on the walk back into town after the game, arms outstretched with all the classics 'You're not champions any more', 'Yorksher, Yorksher', etc etc. I can't begrudge them too much, their big day out in the civilised world and too much ale to soften the return home back to South Yorkshire and 1983. Simple folk.

Fuck 'em we beat them 5-0 and didn't bother playing for the last 20mins! - Not sure Yorkshire is worth singing about either.. went once and it was all a bit weird!

Re: City's "firm"

Meh, didn't see anything outside but yea inside the ground a good number (early 20's usually) who got songs going that where Raggy.

One pricked in his bright red jacket who was offering out Blues on the 2nd tier.

Sexually frustrated.

Re: City's "firm"

There were a few whoppers in their end for sure.

"12 points", "You're not champions anymore", "Champions League, you're having a laugh"

Simply replied with "goind down" and "Championship, you're having a laugh", fuck me they were precious with that.

Can't take it, don't give it.

Also, the funniest thing about Saturday was a a small 'group' of 15 - 18 year olds getting an escort from town walking with 2 coppers and a riot van crawling along the curb. Probably for their own protection.

Re: City's "firm"

one of the worst fans to come to city were barnsley.

their songs were embarrassing. some gobby woman gurning her head of shouting "ya gonna win fuck all!!" for half of the second half.

"you're not champions anymore" was even stupider than chelsea fans singing "stand up if you've won the league" a couple of years ago.

i got a few giggles from some young blues behind me outside the ground, barnsley fans singing "where were you when you were shit" so i shouted "where are you when you're at home?"

tossers.
