Costing us £900 for 2 day stay in holiday inn Munich, with flights so I can understand why people can't go...

Last week mate, fly from stanstead Tuesday 8.20am direct to Munich, hotel is on the s bahn train line and only 3 miles from city centre,

Looking forward to it!

Enjoy the trip. You're always gonna pay more for going direct to Munich I s'pose, as opposed to the scenic route we're taking via Zurich!

I've done it for 230 inc ticket from Birmingham but will be kipping in the airport after the game.

Cannot imagine what the people on the Singapore and Lufthansa flights

The stadium should be sold out every prem game. an as for not selling out Napoli was a disgrace.. what more do we want?

Being fair worded that a bit wrongly, although what has happened to the fans who were here when we sold the stadium out wmost games when we first moved to COMS. We sold our end out for schalke a few years ago which was 2000+, we had a good following at Juve last year even when it was a nothing game.
So surely we should be selling out bayern munich, taking into account the entire trip with the festival, the quality of the stadium and obviously being the blues first Champs League outing...

i was digging more at people who have dropped their tickets, but will be the first ones moaning when they cant get a brief for finals.

Further inaccurate estimation of demand by the ticket office. For these trips away they should realise that people make the decision to go or not early. It's totally impractical to decide at the last minute to attend.

For vilareal the tickets should go to open sale within 4 or 5 days.

Completely agree. Finding out at such late notice that you're suddenly able to get a ticket doesn't really help anybody.

Is it the Holiday Inn Munich South you're staying at, next to Machtlfinger strasse U-bahn station? If so, me and the missus are there as well on the Tuesday night.
