From past CL away games, what do people reckon this'll get down to in points (with scheme) before selling out?

Flying BA to Salzburg on the Tuesday morning. Was only £48.

90 minute train to Munich.

Fly back on Lufthansa on Wednesday afternoon.

Not looked into hotels but that can wait somewhat, flights can't.

Sounds like a plan going over on the Sunday

Would love to make a proper trip of it but unfortunately, as is often the case for Euro away days, I am having to swap my days off for it so am restricted to just the one night away.

It's nice to avoid flying with the low cost airlines, will be my first time with BA and Lufthansa. Really looking forward to this, be a cracking party atmosphere if we've both already qualified.

For the ones that want to make proper trips - it is Xmas-market time in Germany. The most famous one is probably the Christkindlesmarket in Nuremberg.

Nuremberg is about one and a half hours away with the regional trains (you can use a cheap Bayern ticket for it).

But Munich has a big Christmas Market, too.

If you look for flights you can look for Nuremberg, Salzburg or Memmingen airport, too. It only takes a one and a half hour ride from there to Munich with the train - and there is the Bayern ticket for about 22 EUR - and an additional 4 EUR for each of up to four fellows you can use from there.

Flying BA out from Heathrow Monday morning & back on SAS Weds afternoon.
2 of us booked into Royal hotel near train station so easy access back to airport. Gets good reviews on Tripadvisor and if you book direct , you can single rooms for £48 a night inc. breakfast.

Decided to make a decent break out of this trip, fly out Sunday and back Friday with Lufthansa but I'll probably have to bin the Southampton away game on the Saturday on cost grounds. Booked into the Hotel Beer (ahem!) which is just two stops from the Allianz on the U-bahn.

Close to city centre by underground, close to the Olympic Park.

Problem is living in Vienna I obviously don't get to many home games therefore little points. Do you think this will be a problem to get a ticket?
