Oh fuck off and read up what constitutes a hand ball.

It HAS to be DELIBERATE.

The Boyata yellow for a perfect tackle and giving a free kick to your keeper when he was out of his goal and Yaya was lining up a shot into an empty goal. Plus a handful of other silly free kicks.

If that handball is at the other end I guarantee you're screaming for a pen.
If I was I would be wrong as it is not a handball.

Unless you are saying the rules are incorrect?

It's a difficult one not to give is what I'm saying, clearly hand to ball and could the ref really tell from his viewpoint that it was accidental?

Well the German ref is paid to get those decisions right and I am sure he made the right decision for his paymasters and career at any rate.

It was a blatant penalty. Surely anyone would say if their side wasn't given that they'd be on the barricades !

A good game, Kompany was immense for City (German tv gave him Man of the Match), Müller was class for us. I thought we deserved to win, we looked sharp first half, but the result was irrelevant, it was a good test against a good side and we look as though we'll be ready when the season starts.

Hahahaha. So the rules are wrong then?

In the first half we were wholly outclassed. Made a better job of the second 45, but overall Bayern were by far the better side.

I didn't see any great new plan emerging tonight. We played pretty well in the same style as last year.
Total bollocks but that's as expected I suppose.

Are you going to be a tit all season because Mancini was rightly sacked?
It amazes me how he couldn't at least see that we crossed the ball more tonight than all last season.

The referree did not do anything wrong. The penalty was after a clear handball - hand in the box and it is - and the offsides all were correct.

And it wouldn't have been given...

Hahahaha a Bayern fan saying it was a blatant pen.

In Fifa's Laws of the Game 2005, Law 12 says a free-kick or penalty will be awarded if a player "handles the ball deliberately (except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area)".

Someone convince me Zabaleta deliberately and knowingly handled the ball.

Clear as anything that Zabba didn't mean it....unless he's practised that manoeuvre many times before in training!
