Sagna and Yaya looked exhausted half way through - thought they looked good enough in the first half but their fitness is way off. The rest I thought did very well.
CL football is painful to watch imo. The domestic competitions are all I really care about. If we get through great and if not then back to the important stuff.
We aren't as good as Bayern who are near the best team around (although I hate them with a passion). If we want to be as good we either wait a few more years and pin our hopes on youth (long shot) or find the 2 or 3 world class players that we are missing (made harder by FFFP). In the meantime it's just a lucky dip.

Agreed. for all the moaning on here, we played the best team in Europe at their ground and almost got a decent result…..we can beat them at home.
Fucked over by the referee again, I'm fed up of UEFA refs screwing us in games, it's as bad as the likes of Clattenburg and has happened every year in the CL.
Yaya was lazy, Silva hardly seemed in the match and Clichy wasn't good enough going forwards. Hart should have got man of the match.

Little Dave and Dinho were superb tonight, the back 4 did a decent job, Joe made some very good saves and had no chance with the deflection but Narsi and Yaya were embarrassing.

Thought we did all right in the first half, but fuck knows what we were meant to be doing in the second. You can keep inviting Bayern to run at us, it was only a matter of time before they broke through. Saying that we were playing with 10 men most of the second half with yaya just 'running' in circles. though Fernandinho was class though

Exactly. Would have been 4/5 without Hart. We are not at their level.
Owners may want this but without the ability to spend big it isn't going to happen.

Yaya was utterly disgraceful as most have said, but what on earth have we bought Sagna for? He was absolutely woeful in everything he tried, attacking or defending.
