No he didn't. He goes on to say that he didn't think it was possible to score 2 goals AND Silva could not play for 70 mins. This implies he didn't think we could score 2 goals in the remaining 20 mins. City staff have a lot to answer for. If there was even a remote chance that we could have avoided Real, Barca and Atletico, we should have grabbed it with both hands..
However, what's done is done. We won a game that everyone expected us to lose, so very happy that we won. We just have to do our best against whoever we're up next..

Not sure it's possible to play like that every week, but this will sink into the MCFC psyche and we'll be stronger in Europe for this.
I felt last season we lost games in Europe because we were short on experience.

If there was any psychological barrier with winning away then it should have just been shattered.
IF we beat Arsenal on Saturday, we will go from strength to strength.
