Of course he didn't "complain he needed a rest". He's played less than 15 minutes in the last month and obviously doesn't yet have enough in the tank for 90 minutes.
He will play the second half.

35 cents a day hardly seems too expensive :-)

20 Euro for 6 month

And they cover each press conference, have 5-10 minute long tracks of the games, feature a lot of stories, interviews after the game, 30-minute player interviews, sometimes they broadcast the training-sessions...

Funny, sounds like a little less than what we get for free :p

Look at your season ticket prices...

And I have seen ManCity TV and it is not comparable...

Re: Bayern Munich v MCFC pre match thread

just hope we give our absolute all tonight. should we attack or sit back?either way if we lose mancini will cop it. sure bayern have had an impressive start to the season, but we haven't been too shabby either. Regardless of it being our first CL campaign, most of the teams will be sh*t scared of us and tonight I hope we really give em something to worry about!

Re: Bayern Munich v MCFC pre match thread

I wanted to do an informal interview with you city fans regarding the upcoming match so that I can post it on bayernforum. If some users could give good thought out answers to all the questions I would appreciate it.

1. Where do you think this game will be won or lost? Central Midfield? Wide Areas? and how do you think Mancini is planning on winning that battle?

2. Do you think that the highly taxing Everton game will play a big part in this match or does City's depth have enough quality to still come out on top?

3. Who do you think is your most valuable asset against Bayern's defense? The highly creative Silva, the quick dribbling maestro Aguero or the absolute master-class finisher that is Dzeko?

4. Which player do you think will be the key to Bayern controlling the game and how do you think Mancini plans on stopping him? Schweinsteiger in mid, Gustavo on Silva, Ribery, Robben, Gomez etc?

5. City has played attacking football so far this season and if they do plan on playing attacking football again in Munich, what type of attacking football do you see your team playing. Do you think it would be the more possession style football of Arsenal, Barcelona? Do you think its the very direct high conversion football that you played against the likes of Tottenham? Or do you think you will play speedy players for attacking counter-attacking football, like Napoli did against you guys?

6. Do you think this game will be won or lost in the first half or the second half and why do you think that?

7. What do you think is Mancini's backup plan if Silva is marked out of the game?

8. Who would be your ideal 3 substitutes coming into the game in the second half and at what times do you want them substituted for various reasons?

Re: Bayern Munich v MCFC pre match thread

Apparently it's confirmed that Badstuber (arguably their best central defender) will not play.

Re: Bayern Munich v MCFC pre match thread

I can't stand the wait for the game. I can't get any work done at all today. I'm right on edge for this game but feel that we can beat them & make our mark in Europe.

Re: Bayern Munich v MCFC pre match thread

Just saw on Skysport news - De Jong ruled out due hes injury.

High chances for Milner to play.
