I don't think it's nit picking at all. It's tarring all Muslims with the same brush and considering it's a minority of the 1.5 billion adherents of that religion who go around indiscriminately killing people, it's wrong. Comparing it to Germany during the war is bollocks as the vast majority of the German population were involved in the war effort as we were in Britain.

The people who think there is an ongoing war with Islam as a whole are the likes of ISIS and Al Qaeda along with far right fuckwits living in the west.

I could for example interpret your last line as suggest you consider the fat right to be fuckwits but ISIS and Al Qaeda not so, therefore I could interpret that as you have some sympathy with them. Yes I know that isnt the case but....

As for dismissing the far right as fuckwits, that is a dangerous thing to do, they are far from fuckwits and if they are not dealt with could plunge Europe into fucking chaos.

we lived in the middle of an Asian community for a while lovely people when Ramadan was on they would bring you food and drink for the family we had no issues lovely people there's good and bad in all races/religion to tarnish everyone is unfair

It's quite simple really. Islam is a religion consisting of multiple nations, ethnicities and other groups and generalising about Muslims is like generalising about people who live in the Northern hemisphere. As for the far right, the leadership are far from fuckwits but most of the followers are in a similar way that most members of terrorist groups are probably quite stupid and open to being brainwashed unlike the leadership who are just evil bastards.

Focusing on my use of the term fuckwit doesn't really help the discussion.
