Norton has a radio show and it is awful. He sounds disinterested, is condescending and a bit sneering, and sounds like its job and finish and he cant wait to get it done out of the way

True enough. I just found it odd that Brian Cox is listed but not O'Briain, given that I almost always see them together. In that sense, the list only gives a snapshot of what is presumably a much larger wage bill; the BBC is not paying the salary directly, but it is paying the salary in all but name.

Really yet we all know what public sector workers are paid and a lot of people actually say they are overpaid.

What does Lineaker actually do to earn his money. Host a show, is he worth close to £2million? He does not even give an opinion the majority of the time or an analysis of the game.

This is how bad it has become where so called celebs earn a fortune and even post tweets taking the piss.

What we will hear now is how the women at the BBC are underpaid and there will be scramble to increase their wages when in fact their should be a cap on all the wages. Bring the blokes salaries down. Standing in front of a camera reading an autocue should be £100k maximum a year.
 
Norway have it right.

Everyone's wages and tax returns are a matter of public record, available for anyone to see.

I just don't care how much they pay their presenters or how much Sky pays Jeff Stelling. I don't care how much they pay some blokes to kick a football round a pitch for 90 mins or whatever. The BBC operates and competes in a market place and to do so successfully it will have to pay these sort of rates, although I suspect the Beeb will be at the lower end of the scale.

If we are going to beat up on the Beeb and Lineaker then I want the chance to beat up on all the fuckers who ponce around on our screens waving their fucking opinion in my face. Fairs fair and all that and no I don't give a shit that one is a public company and the others private. One way or another we end up paying for them all and the Beeb is cheaper then most.
