I just can't hate the guy. Brilliant servant for England, seems nice enough and now he's donating his entire salary to charity. Sure he sold himself as a brand, look at Messi and Ronaldo, he was just ahead of the curve.

If there's any ex United player I'd give a free pass it'd be him.
