Beckham to PSG

So he is giving up all of 3 million quid (which is a lot of money to me you or the next person) when in reality it is fuck all for Beckham to do. What is he worth ? circa 200 million..

The guy is a media whore who slated citys project yet has joined the frogs.

Only done the wage thing to keep him as the media darling-despite the fact he shagged around on his minging wife.

So being from London, playing near manchester, and living in LA for the past 5 years it makes sense he'd find a more deserving charity in the 3 hours he's been in Paris . It's good that a charity is getting money but this is hard to see it as anything other than easy good press

Dont care it i get abuse but i think the guys a class act for doing that! The charity will get a ton of money which is all that matters PSG prob demanded that it be a paris charity, looks good! Hes no where near good enough to play for us but fair play to him would love it if more players did the same!

I think you'll find that quite a lot of footballer donate their time and cash to many charities, just that they don't have the beckham media following them around and balling it out to anyone or anything that will listen.

It's just that while globally speaking he wasn't amazing he was the best English player of the last decade or so, at least at country level.
