Absolute disgrace this. The club is going in the right direction in the most part but hearing about things like this makes you wonder what they're thinking with regards to tickets.

Fucking foreigners coming in her taking our jobs, our women and now our football teams. Its bad enough they make up most of the team and now they want to sit in our end and support us aswell?

Get a grip lads, Citys a global club, we have a global club, and fans worldwide.Yes its annoying that a large group of internationals fan got to go and some more seasoned local fans didnt but thats not really anyones fault. As an Irishman i hope i wont find this kind of abuse next time I get over for an away game.

Even if you do, like most Irish people, you'll probably be too drunk to remember it anyway!

It the fact the club has used money that is supposed to subsidise fans who travel regular. Not day trippers. Ok, in the 2600 there bound to be a first time but a block full, all sat with half and half scarves, contributing fuck all in a game that matters.

Is it possible Vince had a word with the boys and all the tickets normally allocated to players were pooled and offered to the Belgians? That would be a slightly less annoying scenario.
And don't forget those who attended the City in the City function and didn't need points to get match tickets. - Same will happen at Chelsea.

Great post the end was full of tourists and first timers all getting 50% discount which should got to the true supporters who travel regular.

It was only season ticket holders that got the half price tickets.

Must admit, it really pissed me off seeing so many half-half scarves being held up on 4 mins (Kompany) and 17 mins (De Bruyne).
At least have City/Belgium scarves, not ones showing the team we are playing too ffs.

Disgraceful really seeing how many points this game sold out on, to see so many there that were only attending to see Kompany (!) and KdB.

Don't agree with that bit, they were some of the most vocal people in our end last night. They only knew the two songs and that's all they wanted to sing but at least they sang. Barely heard a word from some of regulars. I had no problems with them as fans. (the half/half scarves aside). The issue was how they managed to get the tickets. We should be encouraging that kind of fans to attend a home game where there's plenty of seats available not an away game with limited tickets, I know lads who have missed a handful of games at most over the last few years that missed out on tickets for last night. That's just not right. Also, as we saw last night, it makes people angry and it wrongly gets taken out on innocent people who's only crime is to attend probably their first City game. It's going to be even worse when we play the likes of Chelsea later in the season.

When the stadium was half empty last week when yaya scored a vital winning goal in the last minute against Swansea, why do we expect much in return? Granted, home and away support is different in our eyes, but as a whole, our support for the team is crap this season.
